MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with John Everts
voting no, to approve a variance of 67' from the required ordinary high water level setback
of 100' and a variance of 17' from the required shore impact zone setback of 50' for a 9'
by 12 to 16' addition to an existing upper deck with the condition that no other structures
and/or water - oriented accessory structures can be located in front of the existing
structure.It was noted that the variance as approved provides a reasonable use of the
applicant's property and also limits future additions in front of the existing building.
