Motion was made by Craig Anderson to deny the variance as requested as other alternatives
do exist.
motion to deny and the following motion was offered fay John Everts, seconded by Craig
Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve the construction of an attached 14' by 24'
structure being no closer than 68' to the ordinary high water level,

Glen L. fterz, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to replace existing heme with
a new structure in basically the same position as original house at 68' and 65' fjxm
water's edge on Lot 1, Merz Addition, Elizabeth Township, Robert Fritz present and
speaking in favor. After consideration, motion was made by Marcus Weichmann, to
approve variance with the stipulation that the gvest house be removed within two
years, hardship being lay of land, in addition this gentleman should have the right
to enjey the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy who have dwellings
closer to the lake. The motion was seconded by< Craig iAnderson with the amendment
by Weichmann that the guest house be removed upon carpletion of the new dwelling.
William A, True, Clitherall, MN, requested permission to split two unusually large
lots into two smaller standard size lots. Reserves A & C, Coney Island Acres, in
Section 33, Girard Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson,
to approve, with no other variance to be granted, hardship being extremely large lots
being brought to standard size lots. The motion was seconded by John Everts and unani
mously carried.
With no further business, at 10:05, Chairman Walter adjourned the meeting.
