Motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a
70' variance from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' and a variance of 20'
from the required shore impact zone setback of 50' for the replacement of an existing cabin
with a 14' by 65’ mobile home with the condition that the mobile home must be 20' from the
road right of way. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
