Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve the
placement of a 16’ by 24’ three season porch no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing
structure. Hardship is a pre-ordinance structure. It was noted that the applicant has approximately 4 to 5
acres of land and approximately 535’ of lakeshore. The size of the property was a consideration in the
granting of this variance since the applicant has two pre-existing structures used as dwellings.
