Board of Adjustment - 2 -February 2, 1984
Hugh Smith, Richville, MN, Jerry Leaf, prospective buyer, Pelican Rapids, MN, re
quested permission to build 100' back from lake, on two separate locations, on G.L.
1, 6 & 7, Section 16 & 17, Dead Lake Township. After presentation, motion was made
by George Walter, seconded by John Everts and carried, to table until the May meeting
to allow the board members a chance to view the property.
James Lutheran Church, Parkers Prairie, MN, represented by Gordon Ruckheim, re-'
quested permission to split out a portion of church property located in Section 33,
Effington Township, to the St. James.(Lutheran Church Cemetery Association. After
presentation, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by June Ryan and carried, to
grant approval , being a unique situation.
Anna, Joseph and Philip Kieselbach, Barnesville, MN, request tabled from the December
meeting was brought up for discussion. Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded
by George Walter and carried, to table until May, \984. ' Motion was then made by
Tom Stringer, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried,to reconsider the tabled motion.

til the March, 1984 meeting. **
Thomas Smude, Ottertail, MN, request, tabled from the December meeting wa^ brought
up for discussion.' Motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded by Craig Anderson and
carried, to table until the April, 1984 meeting.
George Lindstrom,'Fergus Falls, MN, request, tabled from the November and December
meetings, was brought up for discussion. Motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded
by John Everts and carried with June Ryan abstaining, to deny for lack of information.
With no further business, at 9:10 p.m., the Chairman adjourned the
meeting.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to M.S. Statute,
Section 307.06 that a meeting will be held for the purpose
of transferring following described land, for cemetery
purposes only, to the St. James' Lutheran Church Cemetery, a
non-profit corporation:

Subdivision Controls Ordinance. The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment will assemble
for this hearing on February 2 19 84 , at 8:00 p.m., in the Commissioners
Room of the Otter Tail County Courthouse, Fergus Falls, MN. (Please use Law Enforcement
