Samuel C and Lorraine R Weatherhead - Approved the variance for the garage. Denied the variance as
requested for the deck. (8:04 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Rod Boyer and carried with Cecil
Femling voting no, to approve a variance of 2’ 8” from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the placement of a
garage 7’ 4” from the lot line and to deny the variance as requested for the deck. The applicants must bring the deck
into compliance on or before September 1, 2005. Hardship is the terrain of the applicants’ property.
