County Planning Commission:
Enclosed is a plan which is intended to reduce or slow the amount of
erosion occuring on a lake lot owned by Tom Loeffen of New York Mills.
This barrier system is not intended to stop all erosion occuring along
this bank, as the two barriers are only 48' in length and will not
span the entire width of the lot.
It may be necessary to sod the 3:1 end slopes of the earth and plank
barriers, and seed all fills and borrow areas.
