Mr. Annalora to represent me at the variance hearing.

Land description:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1 of TERNUS BEACH, plat of which is on file and of record in the office of the Recorder of Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at an iron monument which designates the
southwesterly corner of said Lot 1; thence North 86 degrees
30 minutes 12 seconds East 78.47 feet on an assumed bearing
along the southerly line of said Lot 1 to the point of
beginning; thence North 57 degrees 57 minutes 36 seconds
East 83.65 feet to an iron monument; thence continuing North
57 degrees 57 minutes 36 seconds East 15 feet, more or less,
to the water's edge of Big Pine Lake; thence in a southerly
direction along the water's edge of said Big Pine Lake to
the southerly line of said Lot 1; thence South 86 degrees 30 minutes 12 seconds West 25 feet, more or less, along the
southerly line of said Lot 1 to an iron monument; thence continuing South 86 degrees 30 minutes 12 seconds West 75.00 feet along the southerly line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains approximately
