Peggy Millner - Approved as requested with a condition. (7:37 p.m.)
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Cecil Femling and carried with Mark Steuart and Leona Zimmerman
voting no, to approve a variance of 9’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the placement of a garage
11’ from the road right-of-way with the condition that a letter must be obtained from the township approving the
proposed location and noting that the property owner is responsible for any damages to the garage which might result
from the maintenance of the township road. It was noted that the variance as requested is being approved because
the applicant was issued a site permit for the proposed location, because of the odd shape of the lot and because the
road right-of-way increases from 66’ to 100’ at this location.
