Motion
Lee A Roberts - Request denied. Approved Lot Combination. (8:17 p.m.)
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Rod Boyer and unanimously carried, to deny the side lot line variance
as requested, but rather to approve the permanent combination of Lots 8 and 9, Block 2, Whispering Sands, thereby,
eliminating the need for the side lot line variance. It should also be noted that no variance is being granted for the
installation of a septic system.
