PROPOSED USE OF LAND:
Owner would like to landscape area so that it would be possible to construct
a road for lake access for the resort. There is an existing road that would
be improved and black topped. The project would require cutting two areas about 50 feet wide and 75 to 100 feet long an approximate cut of 14 feet.
The soil would be removed and pieced in a low area approximately 100 feet from the lake and also used for constructing road. Approx. l800 cubic feet.

CONDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
proposed use of land cont'd:
5 feet deep. This area is adjacent to lake. The total project would
involve approximately 23oo cubic yards of dirt to move. Project would be
completed using a scraper and maybe a dragline so all dirt will be removed
from lake front area.
