Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
7’ 10” from the required holding tank setback of 10' for the placement of a detached garage 2’ 2" from the holding tank
noting adequate space for maintenance, noting that the garage is a detached structure containing no residential
dwelling area and with the condition that the structure identified for removal on the applicant’s drawing must be
removed as stated by the applicant. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. It was noted that the variance for the
garage would have been approved if it had been requested prior to the construction of the garage.
