Motion was made by Mark Steuart, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested noting the following:
1. no adequate hardship had been shown that would allow for the granting of the variance,
2. a reasonable use of the property does exist without the addition to the garage, and
3. the existing holding tanks can be moved to a location that would provide the required 10’ separation from the
garage.
