Duane Matz - Approved
Motion was by Cecil Femling, seconded by David Holmgren and carried with Randall Mann voting no, to approve the
proposed subdivisions, as stated in the application, with the condition that these parcels will be permanently attached
to nearby lake lots and with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided at the time of
conveyance. It was noted that the additional property would be used by the potential buyers to improve their sewer
disposal systems.
