Ronald Chrislock - Approved
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Linda Bergerud and unanimously carried to approve a variance of
42’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ and a variance of 4.5’ from the required shore impact
zone setback of 37.5’ for the removal of an old trailer and for the enclosure of the same area as occupied by the trailer
33’ from the ordinary high water level noting a pre-existing structure and noting no encroachment towards the lake.
Hardship is a substandard lot or record. After additional consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded
by John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny a variance of 1” from the required 3’ vertical separation for the
placement of the lowest floor of the proposed enclosed area 2’ 11” above the ordinary high water level.
