MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion vyas made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a 3' variance
from the required side lot line setback of 10’ and a 3’ variance from the required drain field setback of 10’ for the
placement of a garage 7’ from the side lot line and 7’ from the drain field. The granting of the variance allows the
applicant to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the adjacent neighbor.
