MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
to purchase 5’ from the adjacent property, owned by Leo and Dorothy Neuerburg, for penmanent attachment to the
property presently owned by the applicant. It was noted that the granting of this variance will place the applicant’s
home entirely on the applicant’s property and will enable the applicant to maintain his dwelling without accessing the
neighbor’s property.
