After discussion and consideration, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and carried with Paul Larson voting
no to deny the variance as requested noting that the variance as requested is a substantial.variation from the requirement of the
zoning ordinance, that there is another feasible method to alleviate the need for a variance and the proposed development is
contrary to the public interest in that it would establish precedence and potentially restrict view from the adjacent property.
