Steve and Wanda Wilson - Approved the variance as requested. (6:52 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Thomas Lee made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 44’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ and a variance of 19’ from the required shore impact
zone setback of 50’ for the placement of a dwelling with loft and garage 31 ’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that

' Jerry and Kathryn Stigman - Approved the variance as requested. (6:50 p.m.)
Jerry and Kathryn Stigman, part of Lot 12 and all of Lot 13, Henry’s Hill, Franklin Lake in Dunn Township, requested
the following: construct drain field into Dunn Township road right-of-way. A portion of the drain field will be into the

appeared with the applicants at the public hearing. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the
variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Thomas Lee
and unanimously carried, to approve the construction of a drain field into the township road right-of-way as described
in the variance application dated July 13, 2009 and as depicted on the drawing submitted with the variance

sufficient space for additional septic and well below impervious surface limit. That part of 10 labeled as B would be
permanently attached to Lot 13. Variance requested as 10 is permanently attached to Lot 12 A registered surveyor’s
drawing would be provided upon approval. The audience was polled with Victoria Leba expressing concerns with the
