MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 6.5' to 7 from the required shore Impact zone setback of 37.5’, a variance of 44' from the required
ordinary high water level setback, of 75' for the construction of a 12' by 14’ screen porch onto an existing
structure 31' from the ordinary high water level and a variance of approximately 25' from the required
ordinary high water level setback of 75' for the construction of an 8' by 10' addition to the rear of the existing
structure approximately 50' from the ordinary high water level. It should be noted that the additions will be
no closer to the lake than the present structure.
