Proposed Use of Land for Edward Pearce Special Use Application;
Would like to landscape steep bank to stop erosion. Area to be worked
on would be about 40 feet long and 12 feet wide. At present the
bank has about an 8 foot dropoff. Owner would like to cut the crest
off so there would be a slope that could be sodded.
