I, Leon Moss, request a permit to develop Lot 14 of Block 1, Elm View drive.
Due to the unsatisfactory conditions, evacuation must take place in order to
develop a building site.
Object - To remove back 120 feet of hill on west side of Lot 14 and distribute
the fill to the east side and neighboring land owned by Stewart and Ronald
Holland.
