Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 2’ 6”
from the required east side lot line setback of 10’ for the construction of a 6’ by 10’ entry to the rear of the new
addition. It was noted that the granting of this variance request is consistent with past actions of this Board. Hardship
is a substandard lot or record.
