In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail
MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance to subdivide an approximately .739 acre tract from an existing 8.924
acre parcel with the condition that it be permanently attached to the adjacent property
owned by the proposed buyer. It was noted that the granting of the variance completes a
number of subdivisions in this immediate area started in 1994 prior to the June 12th, 1995,
revisions of the Subdivision Controls Ordinance and that each subdivision was attached to
an existing parcel making those parcels more standard in size.SCANNED
