Larry A and Rachel K Grieger - Approved the variance as requested. (8:30 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Cecil Femling made a motion, seconded by Michael Conlon and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance of 45’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the enclosure of an
existing 4’ by 10’ porch 30’ from the ordinary high water level. The Board noted that the applicants’ proposed project
is no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure, the area is already covered and the proposed
project is within the current building footprint.
