The current impervious surface is 29.2%, buildings account for 13.49%. We propose to improve our situation by reducing the impervious by 0.71% by removing a shed that is also within one of the property . line. After betterment, the proposed impervious will be 28.5% (buildings 12.78%). No earthwork will be required as all maintenance will remain within the current footprint. All impervious was in place when we purchased the property over 13 years ago. The septic system runs 2’ under reinforced concrete and is susceptible to damage if removed.
