Motion was made by Randaii Mann, second by Frank Lachowitzer and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow for the granting of the
variance as requested and noting the Board’s desire to be consistent with past Board of Adjustment actions. It was
also noted that the applicant does have reasonable use of his property without the granting of the variance as
requested and that the proposed structure can be built with a height that does not exceed 20’.
