I wish to purchase from my neighbor a pie shaped piece of lot # 1 which is on the lake level so I can use this to put my dock and boat lift on it. She is the owner of the land just north of this lot. Hew lot is about 158 feet of lake frontage and 200 feet in the rear. We own lots # 1&^ 2 Tf this variance is granted, we agree that lots #1 & 2 will never be able to be sold separately, that they can only be sold as a single unit of the two lots together,granted we will have a lot size of 76 feet lake shore and 90 feet in the rear, and the depth of 170 feet.
