Explain your problem here:
I am the owner of a lot on Big Pine Lake which is 158 lake front,
This lot is on the200 feet deep and 200 feet wide at the rear,
top of the hill and gradually goes down tolike level near the
north edge of lot #1 of Grand view Heights Kaplers second addition.
I wish to purchase from my neighbor a pie shaped piece of lot # 1
which is on the lake level so I can use this to put my dock and
boat lift on it. If this variance is granted, T will agree to
never sell this separatley, but will only sell is as a part of
my above lot.
Dr. James M. Little, My husband will represent me at this hearing.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.

We want to sell a pie shaped part of Lot #1 to our neighbor
so she can use this for her dock and boat lift,
agreed to purchase this peice of land. She is the owner
of the land just north of this lot. Hew lot is about 158 feet of lake frontage and 200 feet in the rear. We own lots # 1&^ 2
Tf this variance is granted, we agree that lots #1 & 2 will never
be able to be sold separately, that they can only be sold as a
single unit of the two lots together,granted we will have a lot size of 76 feet lake shore and
90 feet in the rear, and the depth of 170 feet.
