MN, requested permission to allow a newly constructed struture to remain as located 69' from the ordinary high water mark, on Lot Called J, Ewerts Survey Lots of G.L. 1 & 2, Section 22, Rush Lake Township on Round Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Carl Johnson and carried with Craig Anderson voting "no", to grant approval as presented, hardship being difficulty In determining high water mark. Wayne E. Sachs, St. Michael, MN, requested permission to construct garage, closer to the lot line and road right-of-way than the ordin­ ance allows, on Lot 5, Little Pine Haven Beach, In Perham Township on Little Pine Lake. Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl JOhnson and carried, to grant a 6' variance, allowing building up to 4' from west side lot line, and a 10 foot variance, building 10' from road right-of-way. Donna Anderson appeared for clarification on what is determined to be the "string test", on permission granted for the placement of a 14' X 70' mobile home, on Lake Lida In Lida Township. Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Daniel Oehler and carried, to table. WASCHE - APPROVED SACHS - APPROVED After consideration, motion was made by ANDERSON - TABLED Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl Johnson and carried, to table action on the Boyd Halvorson matter tabled from the June meeting. With no further business.
