This property is located on the edge of the Perham city limits and is urban in character. If the property were to be annexed, this division would be approved. The separation should not be objected to because of size restrictions because the property is surrounded by smaller lots. ALSO to separate the parcel outlined in blue on the attached Certificate of Survey from the larger parcel.
