VARIANCE REQUESTED IS: To separate the 2.03 acre parcel as shown on the attached
Certificate of Survey from the larger parcel. The building located on the
2.03 acre parcel was added to the original building, is separated from the
original building by a party wall, and houses a different business. This
property is located on the edge of the Perham city limits and is urban in
character. If the property were to be annexed, this division would be
approved. The separation should not be objected to because of size
restrictions because the property is surrounded by smaller lots.
ALSO to separate the parcel outlined in blue on the attached Certificate
of Survey from the larger parcel. There is a building situated on this
parcel which is totally disconnected from the buildings located on the
larger parcel and which houses a business unrelated to those operated
in the buildings on the larger parcel.r: ^ c E IV E O
