motion was made by David Trites, seconded by John Everts and carried, to deny re
quest as no hardship shown, 200' set back requirment is to preserve natural environ
ment .
Marion tUll, Perham, MN, requested permission to sell a 100' x 140' parcel on a
metes and bounds description across road from Lot 18, Aerovilla, to the owners of
Lot 18, Aerovilla, Perham Township, for use as a garden plot, similar to 13 other
backlocs adjacent.After discussion, motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded
by Craig Anderson and carried, to approve as a non-buildable lot for dwelling pur
poses, subject to surveyor's drawing and building restrictions being placed on
deed of conveyance.Hardship being best use to which property can be put.
Alfred Alberts, Ottertail, MN, requested permission to sell a one acre tract by
metes and bounds description, out of the south 20 acres of the NE^NE^ of Section
27, Rush Lake Township.After discussion, motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded
by David Trites and carried, to table matter with the request that Mr. Albert come
back with additional information, including a survey showing boundaries, etc., for
better input prior to a decision.
