Explain: I inherited the above prooerty and I have been advised that the
description needs to be corrected. Therefore, I have ordered a survey of the
premises and I am requesting a variance to permit me to correct the legal
description by entering into boundary line agreements/Quit Claim Deeds with
the owners to the south, east and north and to permit them to enter into
said agreements/Quit Claim Deeds to define the property lines of our
