Motion
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 10’ from the required 30’ top of bluff setback and a variance of 90’ from the required ordinary high
water level setback of 200’ for the placement of a 12’ by 16’ utility shed 20’ from the top of bluff and 110’ from
the aquatic vegetation (ordinary high water level). It was noted that the hill is steep on both sides and placing
the proposed structure 20’ from the top of the bluff will allow the runoff from the proposed structure to drain
away from the lake. The 20’ setback will also help to prevent any erosion towards the lake.
