motion vas mde by John Everts, seconded by Carl Johnscn and unanimously carried, to cteny, no ad^uate hardship shown, with the ordinance
specifically requiring no more than one dwelling on a lot.
Eugene Hanson, et al. Dent, MN, requested permission to leave a mobile home on a 58.75 acre peircei in G.L. 1 & 2, Section 1, Star Lake Township
on Star Lake, as a second dwelling. After consideration, motion was
made by Carl Jcbnson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unairimously carried,
to allow a one year temporary permit to cillow the mobile hone to
remain as located, renewable annually.

to rebuild a storage building on the site of the current building 3*5
feet from lot line, on property in G.L. 2, Section 31, Corliss Township
on Little Pine Lake. After consideration, motion was made ty George
Walter, seconded by John EXnerts and carried with Carl Johnson voting
"no", to approve a variance, requiring no less than a 12' separation
between the proposed building and the adjacent neighbor's garage.
Sherman Johnson, Breckenridge, MN, requested permission to construct a 24' X 24' garage where a porch and old garage now exist 7' from lot
line on Lot 5, Idledale Park, Otter Tail Lake in Amor Township. After
consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Andei>
son and unanimously carried, to approve, on the condition all other
buildings, except the dwelling, be reimoved or moved into ccnplianoe
with the ordinance, hardship being substandard lot of record, allowing
the Johnsons to enjoy the same rii^ts cind privileges as the others in
the area enjoy.
