of Arlin Clemming, dated June 1, 1978 on Franklin Lake, No. 56-759, RD,
Sec. 28 of Dunn Twp. as to lack of information and no hardship shown.
Passed:
Voting; All members in favor.
Failed:A motion by Portmann, to deny the variance application of D.K. Eggen,
dated May 19, 1978 on Little Pine Lake, No. 56-142, GD, Sec. 1 of
Perham Twp. as no hardship. Died for lack of a second.
Passed;A motion by Lindquist, second by Davis to approve the variance application
of B.K. Eggen, dated May 19, 1978 on Little Pine Lake, No. 56-142, GD,
Sec. 1 of Perham Twp. as applied for with a flat roof and no higher than
8 feet.
Voting Yes; Davis, Estes, Ryan and Lindquist.
Voting No; Portmann and Jacobson.
Failed;A motion by Lindquist, second by Portmann to approve the variance
application of Evan Salveson, dated May 31, 1978 on Lida Lake, No. 56-
747, GD, Sec. 23 of Lida Twp. and present cabin not to be used as
living quarters, building to be removed by 7-30-79.
Voting Yes; Portmann, Ryan and Lindquist.
Voting No: Davis, Estes and Jacobson.
Passed:A motion by Davis, second by Jacobson to approve the variance application
of D.E. Jacobson, dated May .30, 1978 on Lake Six, No. 56-369, RD, Sec. 6
of Hobart Twp. as a storage building only at that setback but not used
as garage.

Passed;A motion by Davis, second by Ryan to approve the variance application of
Gordon Chaffee, dated June 1, 1978 on Long Lake, No. 56-388, RD, Sec. 29
of Hobart Twp.
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed;A motion by Portmann, second by Lindquist to approve the variance
application of Joe Sedivy, dated June 1, 1978 on Pickeral Lake, No. 56-475,
RD, Sec. 12 of Maine Twp. for a garage at 14' x 22' with door facing
south.
Voting; All members in favor.
