(8:22 p.m.) Jerome Reinan, part of Lot 11 Maplehurst, Lake Lida in Lida Township, requested the following: current garage is 5’ from lot line. Requesting a 5’ variance. Need to repair/replace current roof due to extreme snow load and broken roof supports. Need to replace bond beams. Currently the Imperious is approximately 37%. Proposing no change in impervious. After discussion and consideration, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve the roof repair/replacement project with the condition that the repaired/replaced roof cannot be more than 4' higher than the existing roof. The Land and Resource Department will measure the height of the existing structure prior to the start of the proposed project. The proposed project will not obstruct the view from the adjacent properties. The proposed development will change the pitch of the existing roof.
