After cor­ rection of the January 3th meeting to read "Upon motion made by June I^an, seconded by Roger Marty, nominations ceased, and Craig Anderson was declared elected Vice Chairman." and on the Harvey Greuel matter, "Motion was made by Craig Andersoi . . . . . . ., to table the hearing . . . .", the minutes were declared aj^roved as cor­ rected. The following requests for variance were qonsidered: "^*\jRodney Peterson, Parkers Prairie, MN, requested permission to split off 1.5 acres of land from Government Lot 3, Section 22, Eastern Township. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to approve, provided the .7 acre parcel is included with the 1.5 acre piece, and provided the tract has a buildable site without any additional variances, hardship being a residual piece of property and no precedence being set in this particular area. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and Ccirried. • Bemell Olson, Battle Lake, MN, requested permissioi to convey a parcel of land 200' X 315' out of G.L. 5, Section 10, Eagle Lake Township, without platting. After oonsideratiai, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve provided a drawing by a registered land surveyor is submitted, size of property meets the requiraients of the subdivision controls ordinance. The motion was seconded by Marcus Wiechmann, with an amendment for a provision the drawing indicates suitable building site (s), Motion carried. I simply wish to confirm that this sale may be completed without the necessity of seeking a Conditional Use Permit or variance for such sale. Incidentally, I believe that my client has already spoken with your office and received an indication that there would be no need for such approvals but I simply want to confirm that that is the case.
