Board of Adjustment 3 -February 3, 1983
^ Arnold Koehn, Parkers Prairie, MN, requested permission to record an irregularly
described parcel of land being part of G.L. 1, Section 28, Parkers Prairie Township,
without the benefit of a registered land survey. After considerable discussion,
motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded by John Everts and carried, to approve
onthe basis the parcel has been identified since a contract for deed was signed in
1972 between the parties, prior to enactment of the 198)1 ordin.mce.
Roger Neubauer, application returned for consideration. After discussion, motion
was made by George Walter to tabie for lack of information. The motion was seconded
by Craig Anderson and carried.
With no further business, the Chairman adjourned the meeting at 9:20
