The mobile home and the proposed new house are shown at this time for reference only. The garage will be heated and have a bathroom and a workshop as well as three large bays for a tractor, pickup truck and someday, a boat. Foundation and cement work should be done in May and the framing and close-in work should be complete in August. As you can see, all proposed work is several hundred feet from both the lake shore and property lines. I also request an over-the-counter Conditional Site Permit which will allow the following: 1. Finish tearing down the crumbling cow barn walls and foundation, debris to be hauled to an approved dump by Kamphake & Sons. 2.
