Hardship is the terrain of the applicant’s property, which has water on three sides. It was noted that the variance as approved-is an imprnveme.nt as it does eliminate a structure, which is closer to the water than the proposed structure. This condition was that an existing shed must be removed on or before June 1, 2002 (see attached copy of Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes).
