Darlene Kalenda - Approved as requested with a condition.
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 100’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the completion of the construction of
a 30’ by 48’ storage structure in it present location which is assumed to be approximately 100’ from the ordinary high
water level with the condition that the existing machine shed, identified as structure “E” on the applicant’s drawing
must be removed on or before June 1, 2002. Hardship is the terrain of the applicant’s property, which has water on
three sides. It was noted that the variance as approved-is an imprnveme.nt as it does eliminate a structure, which is
closer to the water than the proposed structure.

Dear Richard fit Darlene Kalenda,
Your Variance Application was approved at the December 13, 2001 Board of
Adjustment Meeting with a condition. This condition was that an existing shed
must be removed on or before June 1, 2002 (see attached copy of Board of
Adjustment Meeting Minutes).
Upon completion of this building removal, please notify our office so we can do
a final inspection.

DAY REQURIEMENT, THE COUNTY MAY HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT

WAIVE THE 60’ DAY TIME LIMIT IN ORDER TO ALLOW TIME FOR
