Meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Conmission was held on May 16, 1979
at 7:30 P.M. in the Coomissioner's Room, Court House, Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537.
Members present were:
Passed:
May 16, 1979
Beck, Portmann, Trltes, Estes, Ryan and Lee.
A motion by Trites, second by Lee to approve the minutes of the
May 2, 1979 meeting as mailed.
Voting: All members in favor.
A motion by Lee, second by Ryan to deny the special use application of
Robert Lucking, dated March 28, 1979 on Big Pine Lake, No. 56-130,
GD, Sec. 6 of Pine Lake Twp. for lack of information and absence of
applicant at Planning Commission meeting.
Voting: All members in favor.
A motion by Beck, second by Lee to approve thj» special use application of
John Flanagan, dated April 26, 1979 on Dead Lake, No. 56-383, NE,
Sec. 9 of Dead Lake Twp. as requested.
Passed;
Passed;
Voting: All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Estes, second by Lee to deny the special use application of
Frank Greve, dated April 20, 1979 on Buchanan Lake, No. 56-209, GD,
Sec. 1 of OtterTall Twp. because impossible to stabilize and would create
a constant erosion problem.
Voting: All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Beck, second by Ryan to adjourn the meeting at 9:A5 P.M.
and to set Wednesday, June 6, 1979 as the date for the next meeting
of the Planning Commission.{
