Ostern - Approved April 1,1999 meeting - Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to deny the applicant’s request, for failure to appear, unless the applicant submits, by April 9, 1999, a written request to have his application tabled until the May 6 meeting of the Board of Adjustment. May 6,1999 meeting - After discussion and consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approved the 10’ by 27’ addition noting that it would be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure. After additional discussion, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling to allow the placement of a 28’ by 44’ garage/addition 58’ from the Rush Lake canal. Hardship is a substandard lot of record and the granting of the variance will allow the applicants to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in the immediate area.
