It was noted that the applicant has 160 acres, that a road separates the dwelling sites from the lake, that the dwellings are over 290’ from the lake, that the granting of the variance will assist with the generation change of the family farmstead and the oldest structure presently occupied by the applicant’s parents will not be used as a dwelling after the applicant’s parents cease to use the dwelling. It should be noted that no variances for the sewer system are being granted.
