Loretta Buchan, Ottertail , MN, requested permission to construct building requiring a 10' side yard variance, from an undetermined side lot line, on Lot 20, Master's Boys Shore, Rush Lake, in Otto Township. and Bernie Walker. Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to table action until the property line dispute is resolved. Duane Sillanpaa, Perham, MN, requested permission to build a 24’ x 24' garage one foot from the east edge of property line, in S.L. 1 & 2 of G.L. 3, Section 1, Perham Township on Little Pine Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to grant, hhrdship being substandard lot of record, only logical spot for garage placement, and enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy. Roy M. Hausauer, Wahpeton, ND, requested permission to split off 25' of Lot 6, to sell along with Lot 7, Albrecht's Add'n to Nirvana, on East Battle Lake in Girard Township, due to the location of the house on Lot 7. Appearing and speaking was Robert Schwartz. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to allow an 11' split off Lot 6, to allow the house which is on Lot 7 an additional ten feet from property line. Motion was made by George Walter to deny, no hardship shown. The motion was seconded by Daniel Oehler but withdrawn prior to vote. Motion was then made by Daniel Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to table. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried, to grant approval at no closer to property line than existing building, hardship being substandard lot of record and previous variance granted to former owner. Neirby, tabled from September meeting, returned for considera­ tion of her request for a 4' variance from the side lot requirement. Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler and carried, to approve the 4' variance as requested, hardship being a substandard lot of record, with problem of placement because of a holding tank. The Loretta Buchan request tabled from the September meeting was again tabled upon motion made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Daniel Oehler and carried. Stuart Ystebo, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to build a 32' x 42' garage O' from road right-of-way, on Lot 1 , Oenwood Acres, Pickeral Lake in Maine Township, made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously car­ried, to deny, no adequate hardship shown, to allow would establish a precedence for the rest of the property owners along said road. Ingrid L. Olson, Milwaukee, WI, requested permission to record a document by metes and bounds description of less than 2^5 acres, which was to have been Lot 4, Block 1, Connie Olson Development, which was never recorded, on Tamarack Lake in Scambler Township. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Carl Johnson and unani­ mously carried, to grant approval, no closer to lake than existing cabin, hardship being substandard lot of record. Ralph Conoryea, Saint Paul, MN, requested permission to construct a 12' X 26' addition to kitchen, requiring a 1' to 2' variance from side lot line on Parcel C of G.L. 1, Section 33, Lida Township, on Lake Lida. After consideration, motion was made by Daniel Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a 2' variance, being 8' from property line, hardship being a substandard lot of record.
