Explain your problem here:
Currently, my cabin has a sun deck and at this time I would like to
enclosed that deck to make a porch. Currently the sun deck/to be porch
is on the North side, facing the lake. The dimension of the porch would
be 8feet wide, 16 feet long, and 7feet 4inches high. The porch would be
43 feet from the waters edge.
The neighbor's cabins are 75 feet to 80 feet approximately from my cabin
on the East and West sides. The new porch would not interfer with their
view of the lake which is North. On the East and West side of this porch
there are trees now extending about 38 feet pass my porch on the border
lines of each of my neighbors, thus the view of the lake from each side
is blocked off by trees, not by my deck or a closed in porch.
I have asked both neighbor's about this possibility of enclosing my deck
to a closed in screened porch, and both neighbors have agreed that is was
a good idea and it would be o.k. with them to proceed with the enclosed
plan.
