Hardship being a substandard lot of record and the screened porch will not be any closer to the shoreline then the existing structure which is covered by a variance granted to the previous owner in 1982. The screened porch will be in line with the established building line and no precedents are being established. JUDITH A. HORN -APPROVED Judith A. Information contained in the applicant's file indicated that at the time a building permit was issued to him in 1975 It was the applicant's Intent that Lots 21 and 22 be considered as one piece of property.
