Walter Gordon Schmidt - Denied Walter Gordon Schmidt, Underwood, MN, requested a variance to subdivide an existing 3.94 acre parcel into two tracts. One parcel would have approximately 1 acre of area and 50’ of water frontage and the other parcel would have approximately 2.94 acres of area and 128’ of water frontage. The minimum water frontage/lot width and area for platted lots on a recreational development lake is 150’ of frontage and 40,000 square feet of area.
