(6:35 p.m.) After discussion and consideration, Thomas Lee made a motion, seconded by Darren Newville and unanimously carried, to approve the variances for the proposed development as described in the variance application dated August 24, 2016 and as depicted on the drawing submitted with the variance application with the condition that the required 3’ vertical separation must be maintained. The proposed project is basically repairs to an existing boathouse that has been damaged many times. The proposed location is further back from the ordinary high water level and side lot line than the existing structure. The proposed structure will be the same size as the existing structure and it use and placement is similar to other structures in this immediate area. The variances as approved do not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development or for any future development. The Board of Adjustment eonsidered the following appiieations for variance: Dennis Peyerl - Variance application approved as requested. (6:32 p.m.) Dermis Peyerl, part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter, Section 4 of Henning Township by an unnamed lake, requested the following: 1 was approved to build a storage structure 100’ fi-om ordinary' high water level on NE Lake at August 11, 2016 variance meeting, now requesting a variance on the height of structure. Allowed 20’ would like a variance of 7’ 6” to be 27’ 6”. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, seconded by Jack Rosenthal and unanimously caixied to approve a variance of 7’ 6” from the maximum allowable height of a non-dwelling structure for the construction of a 60’ by 90’ storage building have an overall height of 27’ 6”. ' It was noted that this is an existing farm site and that the structure will be used to store farm equipment. The approval is consistent with past Board of Adjustment decisions. The variance as approved does not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development or for any future development.
