trade by Marcus Wiechrrann to grant approval, hardship being uniqueness
of lot, should be able to enjoy sane rights and privileges as neighrors
enjoy, the granting of this variance will not be contrary to the or-
dinance. 'Ihe notion was seconded b~, John Everts and carried upon the
follc:wing vote:

Erwin Kremer, Ottertail, MN, requested penni.ssion to replace three
cabins at Elm-Haven Resort on Rush Lake, in Rush Lake TcMnship, one
cabin requiring a 7' variance from lot line, 3' variance from lake
set.back. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson
to approve, a workable plan removing four buildings and replacing
with three is an improverrent, approving the side lot variance on
cabin #5, at sane location of cabin being replaced. The notion was
seconded by Roger Marty and carried 'llpOn the follo.ving vote:

Ben P. Stich, Jr. , Battle Lake, MN, requested pennission to construct
a sucker hatchery building 20' x 30' in size, approximately 40' from
Lundeberg Lake, in the ND-.iNE% of Section 16, Clitherall TcMnship.
After consideration, notion was trade by Craig Anderson to approve,
hardship being the need of wanrer water for hatching, not setting a
precedence for a building used for hatchery purposes. '!he notion
was seconded by;1Roger Marty and carried 'llpOn the follc:wing vote:

cels out of one parcel, each having approximately 100' of shoreline
with 350' depth, in Sub lDt A of G.L. 2, Section 30, Otto Township,
on Rush Lake. After consideration, notion was made by John Everts
to deny, no hardship shavm for not follo.ving through with platting
requirements. '!he notion was seconded by Marcus Wiechmann and carried
upon the following vote:

Michael Cummings, Perham, MN, requested penni.ssion to continue his
projc,ct of 130 campsites as initially proposed in 1982, for C,olden
Eagle Vacation Land in the W½ of NW¼ Section 21, Pine Lake To.vnship,
on Big Pine Lake. After considerable discussion, notion was trade py
rviarcus Wiechmmn to consider the requested variance fran the required
lake frontage and send that request and staterrent of willingness
to vary fran the required ,lake shore frontage to the planning camri.-
ssion, not stating the arrount of variance, but care back to the
:soard of Adjustrrent at the next meeting with the specific footage
requirement or adjustrrent fran the requiranent fran the planning
ccmnission. 'Ihe motion was seconded by Victor Petterson and carried
upon the following vote:
