Lukas,"Richville, MN, requested permission to split home from Dead Lake Outpost Resort, a parcel approximately 150 1 x 180 1 , in Section 16, Dead Lake Township. Motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve. The motion was seconded by George Walter but failed upon the following vote: Yes -None No -John Everts, Craig Anderson, George Walter, Marcus Wiechmann and Robert Schwartz Motion was then made by John Everts to deny, no adequate hardship shown, creating two substandard properties within the jurisdiction of a natural environment lake. The motion was seconded by Marcus Wiechmann and car- ried upon the following vote: All voting in favor Larry Mischke, Clinton, MN, requests permission to replace a 10 1 x 43 1 mobile home with a 14 1 x 16 1 mobile home, on Lot 42, plat of Sub- lots 1-112, in G.L. 1-2-3, Section 1, Edna Township, on Devils Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann to grant a 5 1 side lot variance on the north, or Bruce Schick, lot line, to allow the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried upon the following vote: All voting in favor Leo Stroot, Ottertail, MN, requested permission construct a 30 1 road right-of-way, rather than the 40 1 right-of-way as previously approved, for a plat in G.L. #2, Section 30, Otto Township, on Rush Lake. Motion was made by Craig Anderson to table for further information. The motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried upon the fo 11 owing vote: All voting in favor Wm. Richardson, Wahpeton, ND, requested pennisson to allow a screen porch to remain over a previously existing boat house on Lot 17, Inglewood, on Blanche Lake, in Everts Township. John Everts requested to be excused for conflict of interest purposes. Speaking was Joean Schmidt, with letters from David Morstad, James Schmidt and Mrs. M. W. Gaslin being read. AFter consideration, motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann to grant a variance to allow the structure to be moved back no closer to lake than the existing cottage, on either side of exis- ting cottage. The motion was seconded by1 .iCraig Anderson and amended to have until January 1, 1988, to be moved, and carried with the fol- lowing vote: Yes -Walter, Wiechman and Anderson No -Robert· Schwartz Abstaining -John Everts Wesley D. Tweeton, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to build 12 1 x 20' storage building thirty feet from water's edge on Tract #9, Crystal Hills, 5th Add'n, Auditor's Subdivision Plat #108, Lake Crys- tal, Lida Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve a 10 1 xl2' boat storage shed, at least 20 1 from high water mark.
